Keith Sultemeier is President and Chief Executive Officer of Kinecta Federal Credit Union and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nix Neighborhood Lending. He joined Kinecta in April 2012 from Security Service Federal Credit Union, San Antonio, Texas, bringing 12 years of credit union experience and 10 additional years of strategic planning and financial management experience. As Executive Vice President at Security Service, Keith led strategic planning and budgeting for the credit union as well as directed the operations of both back office and member-facing divisions including finance and accounting, payment systems, mortgage lending, commercial lending, collections and asset recovery, and retail investments and insurance. He has an MBA as well as a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Community Relations and Government Relations
Marsha Mathias is responsible for Kinecta’s outreach to the community. She developed and oversees the Volunteer Corps program, which engages employees with nonprofit partners to make a difference in the community. Marsha also manages Government Relations and Corporate Communications for Kinecta.
With 30 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Marsha has worked for Fortune 500 companies, focusing on financial services. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University. She and her family live in Laguna Niguel, and she is active in her community.

Luis Peralta is Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer of Kinecta Federal Credit Union; managing Loan Servicing and Deposit Operations. Luis also serves as President, Nix Neighborhood Lending, a division of Kinecta Federal Credit Union where he oversees all aspects of Retail, Operations, Marketing and Product Development for the Division. Luis joined Nix in 2013 from Doral Bank in Puerto Rico, where he served as SVP, Head of Retail Banking. He additionally worked throughout Latin America and the U.S. for HSBC and La Curacao, gathering more than 15 years of financial services expertise, specifically within the underserved and underbanked communities, consumer lending and product innovation. Luis earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from CETYS University and MBA from IPADE, both in Mexico; and executive education certificates from Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business. Luis served as the President and Chairman of the Board for the Puerto Rico Value Exchange Association during 2011-2013. In 2017, Luis was appointed to the Credit Union Advisory Council for the CFPB; and he currently serves on the boards of FISCA, CU Revest and the Nix Neighborhood Foundation.
